Why we love them: Closest hotel to Magnolia and Baylor University! Steps away from local shops, restaurants, and nightlife near the Brazos Riverwalk.

Why we love them:

 The home was toured by Chip & Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper, featured on the cover of Cottage Style Magazine, and called “Our Favorite Fixer Upper” by Modern Farmhouse Magazine. The home is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated just a couple of miles from Baylor University, Magnolia Market, Cameron Park, great shopping, and delicious food.

Why we love it: A locally owned homey coffee spot. Great for someone who likes strong coffee and good music. Also has live events and beautiful lattes!

Baris

Why we love it: Started by two Italian immigrants, Baris was an instant hit and is still one of the go-to Italian places for many Wacoans.

Why we love them: Sprawling city park abutting the Brazos River, with scenic views, boat ramps & horseshoe pits.
