Meet Jackson Luckin, Regional Operator for our Local Dutch Bros

November 12th, 2013 was Jackson Luckin’s first time to serve a customer at Dutch Bros. This customer, Mike, would continue to come in every day after that at 5 am, and the two would talk together over coffee about life. They never skipped a beat, Jackson serving Mike through the toughest times and the best times. This experience exemplifies Jackson’s time with Dutch Bros over the past 9 years, and he has continued to fall in love with the company, crew, and customers over the years. He is currently Regional Operator, and he oversees all locations in the Waco and Temple area.

Jackson lives in Woodway with his wife Jada and their 1-year-old son Arrow. After exploring Fort Worth, Waco, and Austin, they decided the Waco area felt most like home, so they made the move in 2021. They love that Waco is growing but still has a small-town feel, and that the community is so caring and unified. Dutch Bros was the perfect addition to the town, as a company that truly cares about making a positive impact on its community, customers, and employees. Jackson believes that Dutch Bros has the greatest customers, who make coming to work not feel like work. His passion has always been investing in the crew – as people have poured into his life to help him learn and grow, his mission is to pass that along to his employees.

Jackson’s dream for Dutch Bros is to make a difference in the local community one cup at a time. He has truly found his home in this company and hopes the same for others. Jackson says that while money may come and go, memories last forever – so choose a career or passion that will bring you joy and a lifetime of memories, just like he did.
