Meet Meredith Hutson

After struggling with her own weight most of her life, Meredith Huston lost 120 pounds and now helps other women all over the world accomplish their nutrition and fitness goals — all from her home base in Waco. After multiple health concerns, her journey started because it had to.
“One Thursday morning, on August 1, 2019, I took my first step,” Meredith said. “Even when I took that step, I didn’t know what the next one would be. There was no game plan, no guidance, no experience — it was just me and the confidence I had pulled from deep within myself. Not only did I rediscover myself, but I became and grew into the person I was always meant to be.”
Only 50 pounds into her 120-pound weight-loss, Meredith started documenting her journey on TikTok, gaining 500K followers. Three years after taking her first step, she launched her fitness program as a part-time job, hoping she would be able to help other women. Only five days after launching the program, she decided to step away from her career as a hair stylist to coach full-time. In addition to a large clientele base in the Waco area, she now has clients from Australia, India and Canada and coaching teams based in Los Angeles and New York.
“It was by far the best and most unexpected blessing that has ever happened to me and my life,” Meredith said. “I never could have imagined the path God had written out for me.”
Through her program, she strives to teach other women that they are capable of anything. She empowers them to face their unique struggles in their own way and overcome life’s obstacles with grace and understanding, becoming the best versions of themselves. For Meredith, every new day is an opportunity to be a better person than the
day before.

and her husband followed her parents to Waco with goals of raising their future family here.
“I love Waco for the incredible community that’s been built here,” Meredith said. “I truly feel so loved everywhere I go, whether that be to the Halo Athletic Center where I workout every day, Magnolia Table where I enjoy a flight of buttered biscuits all to myself, the Killer Crab where I enjoy out-of-this-world seafood, or the beautiful Cortny & Co. Salon where I get my fresh color and girl time. Through my journey, the Five Star Nutrition family
cheered me on, gave me never ending advice and always encouraged me to be confident in myself. Nothing beats Waco and the people that live here.”
