After watching her mom work as a hair stylist, Dawn Harvey knew she wanted to work in the beauty industry. She has a passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful. Now she is a wife, mother and owner of Spraytopia Airbrush Tanning, a state of-the-art, air conditioned and ventilated spray tan facility that has been serving the Waco community since 2011.
As a licensed esthetician with almost 25 years experience in the beauty industry, Dawn Harvey is owner and master spray tan artist. Through using only the finest all-natual solutions, she is able to provide women with a healthy, long-lasting, realistic glow. Dawn’s goal is to create a comfortable experience that offers a safe alternative to tanning beds and sun damage while helping women feel confident and more beautiful than they already are.
If you visit Spraytopia you may also meet Laynie Grisham, who is a full-time real estate agent and part-time spray tan artist, or Briana Rusk, who operates Bloom Hair Studio inside Spraytopia.
The motivating force behind Dawn’s passion is making a difference in the lives of women. Whether that is through a flawless spray tan or supporting other local women-owned businesses.
“I love when women can support women,” Dawn said. “We need more of it! The most rewarding thing about my job is the opportunity to turn somebody’s day around. To help them see the beauty in themselves. To speak life into them.”
