Holiday Happenings in Waco!
The Silos are always magical, but especially at Christmas! Celebrate the Christmas season at the Silos with twinkling lights, seasonal flavors, visits from Santa, and more!
When: November 24- December 30 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Christmas on 5th Street is a long standing Baylor tradition. A trail of lights begins on 5th street and continues through campus. There is live music, local food trucks, photo spots, and live camels and donkeys.
Experience the magic of the season as the Mayborn Museum’s Christmas Lights in the Village returns this December, featuring a glowing 1890s village filled with twinkling lights, carols, and festive fun. Enjoy Santa’s Workshop, train rides, a nightly tree lighting ceremony, and a petting zoo!
Celebrate the holiday season at Cameron Park Zoo’s Wild Lights, where millions of sparkling lights, festive photo ops, and visits with Santa create unforgettable memories while supporting wildlife conservation and habitat preservation.
This John Denver Tribute is an enchanting holiday show that will bring you back to the ’70s. The show stars Rick Schuler, America’s Top John Denver Tribute, and can be enjoyed by all ages, both young and old. Get a ticket today to hear John Denvers top hits along with holiday classics and carols.

Create memorable moments with the Lights of West! Here you will find a light trail, light maze, Christmas movies, live music, and an opportunity to write letters to Santa. For the drive-thru, you can choose to either bring your own car through the line or take a trailer ride!

A Charlie Brown is a Christmas Classic and is hosted by the Waco Civic Theater this season. Join Charlie Brown and the peanuts as he and his friends discover the true meaning of Christmas!

The best of Motown and More pays tribute to many of the R&B and Soul stars that defined American music. Their show is entertaining, with eye-catching costumes and fun choreography. Spend the holidays with some great soul music!

Waco Wonderland is a celebration and collaboration between the City of Waco, the Waco Downtown Public Improvement District, City Center Waco and community partners. The event includes a tree lighting ceremony and fireworks show, downtown holiday parade, snow tube hill, Ferris wheel, visits with Santa, and holiday entertainment!
The Waco Symphony Orchestra is performing the beautiful holiday tradition, The Nutcracker. The show showcases all of the magical elements of The Nutcracker, including toy soldiers, dancing snowflakes, and the sparkling Sugar Plum Fairy. The stage is set for an unforgettable show!
The North Pole Palooza is ready to make all of your Christmas dreams come true! Ice skate on REAL ice, take photos with Santa, drink hot cocoa, play snow games, participate in a petting zoo, get drinks from an ice bar, and more!

If you are a Christmas tree fan, the Karem Feztival of Trees is for you! Walk the forest of trees donated by local businesses and participate in fun raffles. You can even go through a Christmas light drive thru!

Waco Tours is gearing up for this holiday season, and they have a Christmas tour with carols and cocoa to help you spread holiday cheer! You can choose a customized transportation option for your specific needs and enjoy a 2.5 hour tour of Waco!
Downtown Waco’s three day celebration of holiday fun and cheer. Tree lighting, fireworks, parade, snow tube hill, ferris wheel, Santa, music and entertainment. Shop at the Mistletoe Market with local food, drink, and merchant vendors. The Santa House is offering free photos with Santa. Check the website for more info and the schedules.
A Baylor tradition, this event showcases the beautiful lights and decorations on campus. Open to the public, this is an annual event with lights, horse-drawn carriages, ice rinks, face painting, food trucks, and all the holiday festivities!
What’s better than Magnolia? Magnolia during Christmas! Walk around the Silos during Christmas and shop for all of your loved ones. Enjoy the food trucks, bakery, and a holiday movie (purchase tickets for this).

A normal experience at the Dr. Pepper museum, but with the added fun of the holiday season! Make your very own soda with added flavors such as peppermint, gingerbread, cranberry, cinnamon, and cream.
A holiday light show at the zoo! Along with lights, attendees can visit Santa, listen to the carolers sing your favorite holiday hits, grab a cub of hot cocoa and try many of the tasty treats available from local food trucks and vendors.
Choose your color and a neat design and create a holiday keepsake for the Christmas season! Ornaments are $42 each and take approximately 15 minutes to create.
The combined Baylor University Choirs and the Baylor Symphony Orchestra present sacred hymns and popular Christmas favorites, as well as a procession with candles and an audience sing-along of familiar carols.
