Choice of strawberry and rhubarb salad, with mint and toasted hazelnuts, or ginger and carrot soup, with cilantro and caramelized onions.
Choice of beef filet, topped with bearnaise sauce, or salmon topped with leek veloute sauce, with buttery garlic mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini.
