This specialty Friday night dinner is available for dine-in at Lighthouse starting at 7 pm, pick-up at Barnett’s Whiskey House starting at 4 pm, or local delivery.
Menu:
- Roasted artichokes, lemon, fresh thyme, and olive oil
- Choice of strawberry and rhubarb salad, with mint and toasted hazelnuts, or ginger and carrot soup, with cilantro and caramelized onions.
- Choice of beef filet, topped with bearnaise sauce, or salmon topped with leek veloute sauce, with buttery garlic mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini.
