Honey Rosemary Simple Syrup
Add honey and water to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Allow to boil for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add in the rosemary sprigs. Continue boiling for 2 additional minutes, then remove from heat and allow the syrup to ‘steep’ for 30 minutes in the fridge. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
Honey RosemaryIced Tea
In a 16oz glass filled with ice, add chilled tea. Sweeten the iced tea with your desired level of sweetness, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
To add a boozy spin add some bourbon, vodka, gin, or rum!
